ingredients
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
3 serving milla collagen powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp coconut oil
method
- mix the apple cider vinegar and coconut milk together in a cup and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
- mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
- in a medium bowl mix the wet ingredients (excluding the coconut oil), with the coconut milk mixture
- pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well
- heat coconut oil in a frying pan on a medium heat
- pour 1/3 cup into the frying pan for each pancake, flipping after two minutes or when the batter begins to bubble
- serve immediately with your desired topping
