cinnamon & banana pancakes

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract 
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
3 serving milla collagen powder 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
1/4 tsp baking soda 
1 tbsp coconut oil
    1. mix the apple cider vinegar and coconut milk together in a cup and allow to sit for 10 minutes. 
    2. mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
    3. in a medium bowl mix the wet ingredients (excluding the coconut oil), with the coconut milk mixture 
    4. pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well
    5. heat coconut oil in a frying pan on a medium heat 
    6. pour 1/3 cup into the frying pan for each pancake, flipping after two minutes or when the batter begins to bubble
    7. serve immediately with your desired topping
