ingredients
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 a banana, sliced
2 serves of milla nude collagen
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp quinoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
method
- soak oats, quinoa & chia seeds in coconut milk and 1/2c water over night (if time allows).
- place all ingredients into a small saucepan and cook over a low heat. stir often.
- add collagen and cool until quinoa tails are visible. approximately 10 minutes.
- add more water if consistency becomes too thick.
- enjoy topped with some delicious fruit, granola & dark chocolate.
