banana vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce

ice cream ingredients
2 frozen bananas
4 tbsp coconut milk
1 tspn vanilla bean extract
1 serving of milla nude collagen
    1. blitz all ingredients in a high speed blender until well blended and smooth.
    2. place in the freezer while making caramel sauce.
    caramel sauce ingredients
    • 1/3c coconut cream (the hardened top of can)
    • 4 tbsp coconut sugar
    1. heat slowly in a saucepan over a low heat. stir continuously for between 5-10 minutes until it starts to thicken.
    2. pop in the fridge to set for 10 minutes then pour generously over ‘ice cream’.
