ice cream ingredients
4 tbsp coconut milk
1 tspn vanilla bean extract
1 serving of milla nude collagen
- blitz all ingredients in a high speed blender until well blended and smooth.
- place in the freezer while making caramel sauce.
caramel sauce ingredients
- 1/3c coconut cream (the hardened top of can)
- 4 tbsp coconut sugar
- heat slowly in a saucepan over a low heat. stir continuously for between 5-10 minutes until it starts to thicken.
- pop in the fridge to set for 10 minutes then pour generously over ‘ice cream’.
