apple pie bircher muesli

3/4c oats
1c almond milk
1 serving of milla nude collagen
1T chia seeds
1t vanilla extract
1/2t cinnamon
pinch of salt


apple topping
1T butter
1 apple (peeled, cored and diced)
2T honey or maple syrup
1T water
1t cornflour
  1. in a medium bowl, mix the muesli ingredients together. cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. in the morning, melt the butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat. add the apple, honey and cinnamon and cook for 3 minutes until the apple is tender.
  3. mix the water and cornflour together before adding to the apple. cook for another minute then turn off the heat.
  4. spoon the bircher muesli into a glass and top with the apple mixture.
