ingredients
3/4c oats1c almond milk
1 serving of milla nude collagen
1T chia seeds
1t vanilla extract
1/2t cinnamon
pinch of salt
apple topping
1T butter1 apple (peeled, cored and diced)
2T honey or maple syrup
1T water
1t cornflour
method
- in a medium bowl, mix the muesli ingredients together. cover and refrigerate overnight.
- in the morning, melt the butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat. add the apple, honey and cinnamon and cook for 3 minutes until the apple is tender.
- mix the water and cornflour together before adding to the apple. cook for another minute then turn off the heat.
- spoon the bircher muesli into a glass and top with the apple mixture.
