1/2c almond meal
1/4c hazelnuts
1/4c milla hemp protein powder
6 medjool dates, chopped
2T raw cacao powder
1/2T honey
1/2t vanilla bean extract

method
- preheat the oven to 160˚C before baking the hazelnuts for 5-10 minutes. watch closely as you don’t want them to burn. allow to cool the peel off the remaining skin.
- add all of the ingredients into a high-speed food processor and blend until the mixture is fine and comes together.
- roll into 1T balls and refrigerate to set.
